At Lola's Lashes, we want you to be completely flutter-happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package with Care

  Ensure the lashes are in their original, unopened packaging and place them securely in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
