How many times can I reuse my Lola's Lashes?
With proper care and cleaning, our high-quality synthetic and faux mink lashes can be worn up to 30 times.
What is the difference between magnetic and adhesive lashes?
Magnetic lashes use tiny magnets that snap onto our magnetic eyeliner, while adhesive lashes require traditional lash glue. Both offer a secure, all-day hold.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, Lola's Lashes is 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We never use real animal hair or test our products on animals.
What is your return policy?
Due to hygienic reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
How do I clean my lashes?
Gently remove any liner residue from the lash band with a cotton swab dipped in oil-free makeup remover, then store them in their original tray to maintain their shape.
